Cancellation Policy
Arena hire is for up to 2 dogs, additional dogs will need to be paid for on the day at reception. Bookings can be cancelled or re scheduled up to 24hrs before the booking after this the amount will not be refunded. the arena and equipment is designed for the use of dogs only, the play equipment is not designed for children or adults to use and if the equipment is being used inappropriately you will be asked to leave without a refund. the dogs are under your supervision and care and your responsibility. all dogs can sustain injury when jumping off or playing on equipment especially puppy's and older dogs, you will be aware of this and use the equipment and arena at your own risk. floors can become slippery when wet, the indoor and outdoor arenas are not suitable for running in.
